The Dispersity and Stabilization of Carbon Powder in the Liquid Fuel |
| 초록 |
Preparation of the carbon-slurry fuel with good physical properties such as high dispersity and characterization of these properties have been carried out. Carbon-slurry fuel was made by mixing liquid fuel with appropriate carbon powders and surfactants. The liquid fuel is jet A-1 and surfactants are used to dissipate powders to the liquid fuel. Dispersion is affected by various factors such as nature and size of the powder, nature and amount of surfactants, and order of addition of additives. Many experiments were carried out to optimize preparative conditions of carbon-slurry fuel with good dispersion and high volumetric heat and these are still currently under progress. |
