Biomaterials was usedto design 3D carbon precursors via pyrolysis and transformedinto activated orheteroatom-doped carbonaceous adsorbents by simple chemical activationmethod. As-designed carbonaceous materials exhibited excellent textural andphysicochemical properties. The optimized carbonaceous materials showed efficient CO2 adsorptionability.
