Array of Ultra-high density regular packed Gold Nanoparticles Using End-functionalized polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) Copolymer |
초록 |
Gold nanoparticles were prepared by using polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) with carboxylic acid functional group. Di carboxlic acid-terminated PS-b-PMMA (PS-b-PMMA-diCOOH) was prepared by hydrolyzing di-tert-butyl ester terminated PS-b-PMMA, which was synthesized by the anionic polymerization. Thin films of PS-b-PMMA-diCOOH with various amounts of PMMA homopolymer were spin coated onto a neutral brush made of PS-PMMA random copolymer. After the removal of the PMMA homopolymer by selective washing with acetic acid, cylindrical nanopores were formed in the PS matrix. Gold nanoparticles were introduced inside the nanoholes by immersing the film in HAuCl4 solution and the reduction of the Au ions by immersion on an aqueous sodium borohydride solution. |
