| 초록 | Cell therapy including stem cells has been developing rapidly as a potential cure for repairing or regenerating the functions of diseased organs and tissues. For successful therapy, there are several criteria needed, for example, establishment of cells with uniform characteristics, a large scale of expansion and so on. In this study, we hypothesized that chondrogenic potential and stability of cells would be enhanced by chondrogenic genes delivery. |
