제목 Fabrication of skin-regenerating exosome-mimetic nanovesicles with tannic acid/ferric ion coating
초록 Here, we propose an exosome-mimetic nanovesicle system in which tannic acid (TA)/ferric ion (Fe3+)complex is coated for targeted skin cell delivery and skin regeneration. The exosome-mimetic nanovesicles obtained by extrusion of cells (keratinocyte and euglena) were coated with TA and Fe3+ in order to provide them with strong affinity. In addition, we attached the cell targeting peptide, P0, to the TA-Fe3+ complex to induce selective cell targeting. Finally, we demonstrated skin regeneration effect of our exosome-mimetic nanovesicles which richly contain cell-derived active compounds. We expect that our artificial exosomes enable to contribute to biological application in the field of skin therapy and cosmetics.
