제목 The Characterization of Caffeine Release from Cellulose Derivative Films for Transdermal Drug Delivery 
초록 Cellulose is the most abundant biopolymer and has good mechanical property. Methylcellulose(MC) is one of the cellulose derivatives and can be dissolved in water. It has been used for drug encapsulation in the field of pharmacy. Caffeine has been used in cosmetics in order to stimulate the fat body metabolism, and many commercialized sliming creams contain caffeine as a main ingredient. Therefore, transdermal delivery of caffeine using bio-adhesive film is a good method for the administration of biological substances. In this study, we prepared soluble MC films containing caffeine for transdermal patches and investigated the kinetics of caffeine release.
