제목 Effect of Plasticizer on Mechanical Properties of Cellulose Derivatives Films as a Transdermal Delivery Patches
초록 In general, cellulose derivatives films are brittle. glycerol, as a plasticizer, was blended with cellulose derivatives to improve flexibility. Morphological structure of cellulose derivatives films are examined by FE-SEM. Molecular structural characterization was confirmed by FT-IR. Also, We confirmed effects of glycerol content using Universal Testing Machine (UTM). In this study, we prepared cellulose derivatives films containing glycerol as a plasticizer for transdermal patches. And we conducted evaluation of mechanical properties of films.
