In synthesis poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) -cellulose triacetate (CTA) complex film, the pore formation process were investigated for effects of flow rate and feed time. It was confirmed that pore was less developed at low flow rate and pore was irregular and larger size at higher flow rate. It was confirmed that the size of the pore increased irregularly with increasing of feed time. In the Breath figure process for formation of pores in the complex, flow rate of 600 cm3/min was optimum conditions. When the CTA content was changed to 10, 30, 40, 50 wt%, formation of pores was difficult at low contents of CTA and uniform pores were formed at 40 and 50 wt%. We have studied loading of silver nanoparticles on honeycomb-patterned PVK-CTA complex. Silver nanoparticles which reduced with TTF and Hydrazine hydrate were loaded to the complex and PVP added as a dispersanat. At low concentrations of TTF, silver nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed, but high concentrations of TTF aggregated locally. In the case of using hydrazine hydrate, it was confirmed that silver nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed due to the role of PVP which is a good metal dispersant. |
