제목 Synergetic Effect of Inorganic Salt and Metal Oxide as Efficient Double Interfacial Layers for Polymer Solar Cells
초록 We report highly efficient polymer:fullerene bulk-heterojunction solar cells (PSCs) by introducing cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3) and titanium oxide (TiOx) as double interfacial layers in polymer solar cells. Double interfacial layers induce an ohmic contact and better interfacial morphology between the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of fullerene and cathode because of strong dipole moment property of Cs2CO3 and because of smooth surface property of TiOx. We have successfully demonstrated the efficient PSCs with power conversion efficiency approaching 3.6% under AM1.5G 100mW/cm2 irradiation.
