| 제목 | Synthesis of 2′,4′,6′-trimethoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone derivatives |
| 초록 | In this research, we report on the synthetic route of the synthesis of 2′,4′,6′-trimethoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone derivatives. By connecting the two benzene moieties via Claisen-Schmidt condensation to form an α,β-unsaturated carbonyl bridge. Reactions were monitored with thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography. The final products were isolated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization and their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. |
