| 제목 | Pyrolysis of R-142b and R-22 for productionof vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene |
| 초록 | Productionof fluorinated monomers such as vinyldiene fluoride (VDF), tetrafluoroethylene(TFE), and hexafluoropropyelene (HFP) are essential for production of fluorinated polymers due to difficulties of transportation and storage. In chemical industry,the fluorinated monomers are produced by pyrolysis of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) including 1-Chloro-1,1-difluoroethane (R-142b) and chlorodifluoromethane (R-22). In this research, the pyrolysis of R-142b and R-22 were progressed withthe aid of superheated steam. The optimum process condition such as mixture ratio, reaction temperature, and residence time for maximum yield with minimized production of hardly separated byproduct is proposed. |
