제목 Stable and  continuouse CO2 fixation by Sulfurovum liithotrophicum 42BKTT.
초록 Today CO2, greenhouse gas, is a big problem. Because of this gas, atmospheric temperature is growing. Sulfurovum lithotrophicum 42BKTT is a chemolithoautotrophic bacterium using thiosulfate and nitrate ion as an electron donor and acceptor respectively and CO2 as a carbon source. Using this bacterium, we have been trying to fix CO2 gas. The last research of our team is culturing under 2bar of CO2 which is very harsh condition to conventional microalgae. Using this bacterium, we operated continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) to fixing CO2 gas stable and continuously. Also, for efficiency of CO2 fixation, we tried to improving the culture medium for high cell density. After improving the culture medium, the cell density was increased about 8 times higher than used medium. Using CSTR and improved medium, we had succeeded continuous CO2 fixation for 7days.
