Cell Adhesion on the Surfaces of Chondroitin Sulfate-Based Hydrogels |
| 초록 |
Chondroitin sulfate (CS) has been used as a scaffold to mimic biological properties of tissues. CS-poly(ethylene oxide) and CS-gelatin hydrogels have been fabricated after syntheses of CS-acrylate, and gelatin-tri(carboxyethyl) phospine by click chemistry. Their physicochemical and biological properties were evaluated with diverse methods, such as measurements of gelation time, swelling ratio and in vitro cell culture as well as assays of Live & Dead and cell cytotoxicity. Similar properties were observed in physical properties but there were significant differences on cell responses on their surfaces. |
