제목 | Modified simple modeling of entrained flow Gasifier |
초록 | Coal gasification is a technique for producing syngas by incomplete combustion of coal. As the importance of technology becomes more important, research for modeling has been carried out from the past. Among the gasifiers, entrained flow gasifier has a higher utilization as the use of low rank coal is recently increased. In the past, there have been many studies on the simulation of entrained flow gasifier. However, most studies have focused on the development of reaction models, and energy balance has not been highlighted. To improve this, we have studied a model that can be applied generally to a slagging type gasifier. It is unique that information related to ashes is added to the energy balance. By reflecting the melting phenomenon of the ash to the model, it is possible to predict the temperature calculated only by the reaction heat and specific heat more accurately. The composition ratio of the main gas is 38% of H2 and 56% of CO based on the outlet of the reactor. This is a result that can account for more than 90% of the previous experimental data. |
