다양한 PVP 농도에서 합성된 PZT sol-gel 용액의 전기방사를 통한 PZT 세라믹 나노섬유 제조 |
초록 |
For fabrication of Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) ceramic nanofibers, PZT sol-gel solution was synthesized by PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) assistance, and PZT nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning of PZT sol-gel solution. XRD (X-ray diffraction) results show that although the secondary phase of pyrochlore was detected at below 550 oC, a single phase of perovskite structure was confirmed at above 650 oC. The diameter and shrinkage ratio of PZT nanofibers after sintering were investigated by SEM (scanning electron microscopy). The piezoelectric properties (coercive field, Vc) of PZT nanofibers are investigated by PFM (piezoresponse force microscopy), and the slim shapes of the phase loops and the lowest Vc were observed in the PZT nanofiber with PVP 1.25. This result supports that the PZT nanofiber with PVP 1.25 had the lowest voltage necessary to start polarization switching. |
