Highly sensitive glucose sensors by 2-dimensional array of conductive colloidal microparticles |
초록 |
We introduce a novel colloidal sensing platform for glucose detection in blood. The essence of our approach is to detect the conductance changes resulting from adsorption of glucoses onto the elastomer microparticles in response to constant pressure application. Precise conductance detection could be achieved by decorating the surface of polyurethane (PU) elastomer microparticles with silver nanowires of which surface was decorated with 4-mercaptophenylboronic acid. Then, the conductive PU microparticles were positioned on a stencil and wet by given concentration of glucose solutions. Finally, we have found that our colloidal sensor device showed high glucose sensing performance with excellent sensitivity and repeatability, thus highlighting that our approach has great potential for accurate glucose detection. |
