제목 Designed Synthesis of Colloidal Nanocrystals for Optoelectronic Devices
초록 Designed synthesis of nanomaterials is important to fully exploit their unique properties. However, previous understanding on the nanocrystal formation process is very limited. In this talk, I will talk about the nanocrystal formation and their applications in optoelectronics. I will discuss the formation mechanism of colloidal nanocrystals, focusing on prenucleation nanoclusters. I will show the use of in-situ liquid phase transmission electron microscopy for studying nanocrystal formation. In addition, I will present the design of nanocrystal quantum dots for optoelectronic devices such as solar cells and light-emitting diodes.
