Recently, influence of heat in products capacity has been terrible as high densit of electronic equpment and space reduction are rapidly proceeded. Accordingly development of polymer composite with high thermal conductivity is essential in applying to electronic industry. In this study, various properties will be studied with quentity of graphite powders were prepared with metal deposited graphite & without metal deposition, mechemical properties(UTM), Thermal conductivity(laser flash method), morphology(SEM). |
