Morphological changes of multiple gold (Au) core – silica (SiO2) shell Nanoparticles in polymeric solution: Mechanistic Investigations |
| 초록 |
Multiple gold(Au) core – silica (SiO2) shell nanoparticles (multi-Au@SiO2 NPs) synthesized in reverse micelles of Brij35(aq)/Hexane show interesting morphological changes when it is treated with poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(aq) ; multiple Au nanodots were changed to single Au nanoparticles. To elucidate the mechanism, we tried to use a variety of surfactants during the synthesis of multi-Au@SiO2 NPs, as well as treat those particles with different polymers. The synthetic studies will be presented. |
