제목 Impact of Stent Design on In-Stent Restenosis
초록 Recently, the stent design has developed for several years from coil, mesh or zigzag design. Coronary stent can be divided into two groups; one is the open-cell design and the other is the close-cell design. Closed-cell stents are less flexible and may develop kinks and incomplete expansion. Conversely, stents with an open-cell configuration conform best to angulated vessels or tortuous anatomy. We could be divide as shape linker which is important to decide property of stent. The effect of linker wasn’t reported performance of stent yet. So, the different linker design of stent is discuss and compared performance with animal test. We also tested mechanical performances as radial force, flexibility, recoil, and foreshortening.
