Surface material is mightily important because it determines product pricing, life style and consumption of consumers. Especially it is so crucial factor of new high-functional product development designed various of surface coexisted color and luster. Recently matt pattern techniques by mechanical unevenness as well as direct coating technique added filler on hard-coating layer were developed. But it makes defective products a lot. Furthermore, it has limitation in showing various surfaces. In this study we developed 7 types of fine particulate filler release agent to improve the problems. We have made the release film by bar, screen and gravure coating and evaluated performance such as release force, gloss and cross-cut. Fine particular filler release agent could appear not only simple matt surface but patterned surface on transferred hard-coating layer. It could be applied to industrial surface material, In-mold decoration for car(IMD), logo on products and furniture decoration. |
