The self-assembly was prepared by mixing poly(ethyleneimine), hydrophilic polymer, and cinnamic acid, hydrophobic aromatic compound. It was applied to water channel of cubic phase. Cubic phase was micronized into cubosome using hydrophobically modified gelatin-folate conjugate and Pluronic F127 as a stabilizer. The structure and size of cubosome were observed using transmission electron microscopy. In vitro cytotoxicity and anticancer activity of cubosome were observed by MTT assay. In addition, targeting of tumor cell was observed using flow cytometry and confocal laser scanning microscopy. |
