제목 Curcumin-loaded Poly-L-Lysine Nanoparticles for Liver Cancer Therapy
초록 In this study, we prepared drug delivery system based on poly-L-lysine (PLL), deoxycholic acid (DOCA), methoxypolyethyleneglycol(MPEG) and cyanine 5.5 (cy5.5) as a theranostic agent for curcumin delivery to cancer cells. Here, curcumin was chosen due to its antitumor effect against liver cancer. The NPs showed the lowest growth rate of tumor volume in groups tested, indicating remarkable anti-tumor activity. In addition, histological analysis exhibited that the NP treatment results in a wide range of necrosis over the whole area of tumor tissue. In conclusion, PLL-DOCA-MPEG-cy5.5 NPs may have promising applications in liver cancer theranosis.
