Decellularized porcine liver ECM scaffold for wound healing application. |
초록 |
In the past decade, a lot of researches have been published successfully in making Liver ECM scaffold using Decellularization method. Most of these studies focused on the use of decellularized Liver ECM (L-ECM) as a 3D scaffold to regenerate the Liver of the same species or the same host. By the published research, L-ECM has been showed for the excellent biocompatible, biodegradable as well as interconnected porosity to support for Cells activities. In this study, we focused on using decellularized liver ECM to create a membrane to use for wound covering, hemostatic and support for wound healing application due to its advantages. The research was success into decellularization of porcine liver ECM and fabrication of Liver ECM membrane (L-ECMm). Obtained results of Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Histological images confirmed for successfully in washing out all of DNA content in Liver ECM. Protein content quantification results of L-ECM were determined residuals content in L-ECM. Mechanical strength and morphology of L-ECMm were determined by Tensile strength measurement and SEM images. Cells viability of 3 types of cells: Fibroblast, Preosteoblast and Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal cells were confirmed for the biocompatible of L-ECMm. |
