제목 Three-dimensional structure compounds for electronic devices
초록 Organic materials using for elecronic device are known to have low thermal stability. Since the structure of common organic materials for electronic device forms two-dimensional, that easyly lead to partial crystallization causes an electical short circut to decrease a device life time. In this study, we synthesized several three-dimensional structure compounds composed functional group to core unit. These compounds expected to show the better thermal stability by reduced pi-pi stacking. Molecular structure and optical properties were characterized.
