Three-dimensional structure compounds for electronic devices |
초록 |
Organic materials using for elecronic device are known to have low thermal stability. Since the structure of common organic materials for electronic device forms two-dimensional, that easyly lead to partial crystallization causes an electical short circut to decrease a device life time. In this study, we synthesized several three-dimensional structure compounds composed functional group to core unit. These compounds expected to show the better thermal stability by reduced pi-pi stacking. Molecular structure and optical properties were characterized. |
