Dip-pen Nanolithography of Mussel-Inspired Polydopamine Inks and Its Bio-Application. |
초록 |
The Dip-pen Nanolithography (DPN) offers a direct-write method for delivering various molecular species onto the surface of a substrate in one step experiment. DPN is technique where an atomic force microscopy (AFM) tip is used to create patterns directly on a range of substances with a variety of inks. Herein, we present how to pattern structures of Polydopamine (PDA) molecules on Si/SiO2 substrates by using DPN technique. PDA is a mussels-inspired materials which can stick strongly to almost any surface in the aquatic environment. Surface modification technology represents an excellent adhesion to virtually any surfaces regardless of particular natures of the surfaces in aquatic environment since it has the same characteristic of natural mussels. The PDA-based method of patterning should be useful in many bio-applications research areas such as the fabrication of tissue engineering scaffolds, cell-based devices and the fundamental study of cell-material interactions. |
