Preparation and evaluation of orally disintegrating films containing Donepezil HCl |
| 초록 |
Donepezil HCl, a alzheimer’s disease medicine, was incorporated in orally disintegrating film(ODF) and evaluated. Polyvinyl alcohol and pullulan were used as three formulations. The external surface area was smooth and glossy without bair bubble. when producing a ODF containing 3g glycerin showed optimal physical properties. This ODF also showed a very fast dissolution of more than 94% after 5 minutes in the oral conditions. ODF containing donepezil could be a good candidate for alzheimer’s disease medicine. |
