Eco-Friendly Solvent Processed High Performance Organic Field-Effect Transistors |
초록 |
The development of top-performing π-conjugated polymers that can provide good solubility and processability in non-toxic solvents is imperative for the advancement of organic electronic devices. Based on molecular structural control, especially controlling irregularity and electron-acceptor of polymer backbone, we have developed non-chlorinated and eco-friendly solvent processable polymer semiconductors and high-performing organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). The remarkable charge mobilities were obtained from various eco-friendly solvent-processed OFETs compared to chlorinated solvent-processed ones. This study will provide guidelines for developing high performance semiconductors for their use in the manufacturing of green and sustainable plastic transistors. |
