제목 | Thyroxine Biosensor Composed of DNA Aptamer and Rhodium nanoparticle Hybrid |
초록 | The present study developed a novel electrochemical biosensor for thyroxine (T4) detection in clinical sample based on the multi-functional DNA 3 W J structure and rhodium nanoparticle. The sensing performance was achieved through EIS the detection of T4 in clinical samples at different concentration ranges prepared by serial dilution of the artificial and clinical T4 samples.
