제목 | Electrolyte-switching Electrochemical Exfoliation Method for the Production of High-quality Colloidal Graphene |
초록 | In this study, we presented highly sophisticated electrochemical exfoliation method for high quality colloidal graphene. Using highly orientated pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) as a working electrode, two-stage electrochemical exfoliation process was carried out. After the first stage of ion intercalation into bulk graphite and its layer expansion, the second stage of excision by switching electrolyte solution and working voltage was followed. We also investigated damage level by voltage regulation at each stage. Concludingly, we could suggest optimum condition of electrochemical exfoliation for high-quality colloidal graphene. The applied voltage at first stage mainly affected to the oxidation degree of exfoliated graphene; and at the second stage, its transmittance and sheet resistance both were deteriorated as applied voltage increase. |
