Conducting polymers represent a class of p-electron conjugated polymers that can be exploited in organic electronics such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic thin-film transistors and organic solar cells. In particular, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) are of great interest in optoelectronic devices owing to their wide range of optical and electronic properties together with unprecedented stability. However, PEDOT:PSS have a problem of low conductivity. In this study, we have tried to improve of low conductivity PEDOT:PSS by using organic acid additive. The conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films was significantly enhanced that the depended on the amount of organic acid and annealing temperature. In the present work, we study about conductivity of PEDOT:PSS by different content of Sulfosuccinic acid(SSA) and durability of PEDOT:PSS by adding the polymer. The properties of the films were analyzed by means of UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis), 4-probe measurement and atomic force microscopy (AFM). |
