A Study on the Induction Heating Behavior of CFRP regarding Stacking Angle and ply number of Plain woven Prepreg |
초록 |
In the present, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) is being used in sports area like badminton and tennis as well as in industrial area like automobile and aerospace, and the amount of using CFRP is increasing gradually. It has a several advantages such as good hardness, light weight and high energy efficiency so that steel can be replaced by CFRP. As a CFRP has a structure that carbon fiber arranges to constant orientation and is surrounded by resin, it can be heated by electromotive force induced into a closed loop of carbon fiber when CFRP is placed in alternative magnetic field. A study on the Induction Heating (IH) mechanism of CFRP has been conducted until the present. However, there were no studies with respect to the prepreg stacking angle of plain woven CFRP. Therefore, IH behavior with respect to stacking angle and ply number of plain woven CFRP was studied. |
