제목 Low-voltage operational, high-performance fibrous organic field-effect transistor with woven electrode configuration for e-textile application
초록 Fiber-based mutifuctional electronic textile(E-textile) has got attention as an ideal concept for health mornitoring, life safer and comfortable platform. Up to date, fibriform organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on wire have been reported, but high operating voltage and low out current should be improved to utilize the fibriform OFETs in the practical application. Here, we introduce fibriform OFETs with low-operation voltage and high output current. The device configuratin was newly designed to overcome the limitation of fibrifom OFETs, where the channel width has been limited to a diameter of the fiber electrode. In particular, coating of ion gel with high capacitance was utilized as a gate dielectric to make the device operate at low voltage. The resulting devices exhibit good charge-mobility, high on/off ratio and 10 mA on-current under low voltage operation (-2 V). It was successfully utilized into textile and showed great electrical properties with high stability.
