Synthesis of Poly(glycidyldinitropropylformal-co-tetrahydrofurane) for Energetic Prepolymer |
초록 |
Poly(glycidyldinitropropylformal-cotetrahydrofurane) were synthesized by ring-opening copolymerization of glycidyl-2,2-dinitropropylformal(GDNPF) and tetrahydrofuran(THF) in the presence of 1,4-buandiol as initiator and boron trifluoride tetrahydrofuranate(BF3.THF complex) were used by cationic catalyst. The activated monomer polymerization has been executed with controlled feed of GDNPF to reactor in the complex catalyst state. The molecular weight of poly(GDNPF-co-THF) was controlled by feed rate of monomer and concentration of initiator. The composition of prepolymers were controlled by feed ratio of [GDNPF]/[THF]. The structure and composition were characterized by 1H-NMR and molecular weight and molecular weight distributions were measured using Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC). |
