Energetic Prepolymers Prepared by Combination of Cationic Ring Opening (Co)polymerization and Subsequent Nucleophilic Substitution |
| 초록 |
A method to synthesize energetic polyether prepolymers was studied by cationic ring opening polymerization of epibromonhydrin (EBH) and subsequent nucleophilic substitution with an energetic molecule. This method was found to be more efficient than one using epichlorohydrin. Poly(EBH-ran-tetramethylene glycol) prepolymers were also prepared and utilized to control the energy content in the final prepolymers. |
