제목 | A kind of novel energy-saving open-cell Al-Mg alloy foam metal |
초록 | Metal foams are energy-saving and environment-friendly materials for their relatively new class of structural characteristics. The open-cell Al-Mg alloy foam has a complex microstructure consisting of an interconnected network. The different pore size and relative density determine the complex microstructure and the mechanical properties. The Al-Mg alloy foam has not only characteristics of metal, but also a new class of properties of novel physical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and acoustic. Open cell foam is also valuable to be a body-bone as a degradable biomaterial. It usually is used as heat exchangers, because they have a high coefficient of thermal conductivity, increased surface area .The process weak is Mg is easy to burn. For this weak, In this paper, open cell foams are fabricated by investment casting method. The open-cell Al-Mg alloy foams with tailored porous morphology were synthesized by investment casting method. |
