제목 Synthesis of acrylic resins having acetal group capable of acid degradation
초록  Due to recent environmental regulations and interest in developing environment friendly materials, much attention has been paid to the recovery or decomposition of polymeric materials. It is difficult or impossible to completely remove the UV-cured resin from the surface of the substrate because it is not dissolved after curing.
 In this study, acrylate containing acetal group which can be decomposed by acid treatment was synthesized by reaction of divinyl ether with acrylic acid. The degree of substitution of acrylate was confirmed by 1H-NMR analysis, and curing behavior was observed by irradiating 370 nm ultraviolet light using PI-TPO, DMPA, and Darocur 1173 as photoinitiators. Degradation behavior was evaluated by introducing various acidic conditions into the cured resin. As a result, it was confirmed that the acetal group was decomposed under proper acidic conditions.
