Ethylene/Styrene Copolymerization by Polymethylene Brigde (Cyclopentadienyl) (aryloxy) Dinuclear Titanium Complexes. |
초록 |
Copolymerization of ethylene with styrene by polymethylene bridged (cyclopentadienyl) (aryolxy) dinuclear titanium complexs has been explored in the presence of methylaluminoxane(MAO) as the cocatlyst. These complexes have been prepared from polymethylene bridged bis-CpTiCl3 with 2,6-iPr2C6H3OH or 2,6-iPr2C6H3OLi. These complexes showed diffenent catalytic activities for ethylene/styrene copolymerization in the presence of MAO as the cocatalyst according to length of polymethylene brigdes. These complexes also exhibited moderate catalytic activities for ethylene homopolymerization and styrene homopolymerization. The most important obervation is that the property of polymethylene bridge length of (cyclopentadienyl) (aryloxy) dinuclear titanium complexes exerts an important influence to generate polymer with various characteristics. |
