제목 | Luminescence enhancement by energy-transfer process of Ce3+-Tb3+ in barium boron oxy-fluoride phosphors |
초록 | Blue-Green phosphors based on Tb3+-doped barium boron oxyfluoride host, which were prepared through solid-state reaction method in a reducing atmosphere. X-ray diffraction patterns of the resulting phosphors were examined to index the peak positions. The excitation and emission spectra of the Ce3+/Tb3+-activated barium boron oxyfluoride phosphors were investigated using photoluminescence spectroscopy. When Na+ was added in the host structure with activators, the excitation and emission spectra were dramatically enhanced [1-3]. The structure effect, enhanced excitation and emission spectra, efficient energy-transfer mechanism, and CIE coordinates were discussed. References [1] S. Shin, S.
