제목 Enhancement Efficiency Green Organic Light-Emitting Diodesusing Perovskite Nanocrystal as Charge Transport Layer​
초록 Perovskite based solar cell andlight-emitting diodes (LED) have been continuously researched in recent yearsdue to the advantages of high extinction coefficient, high carrier mobility,and long carrier diffusion distance. However, perovskite based LEDs still havemany challenges to overcome, such as poor charge transport properties andlong-term stability (0D and 2D perovskites), and long charge carrier lifetime (3Dperovskites). In this study, perovskite was used as charge transport layer inorder to take advantage of high carrier mobility superior to organic materials,while excluding perovskite disadvantages, and organic materials were used as emittinglayer (EML) because of its excellent recombination properties, insolution-processed organic LED. Through, we developed a perovskite-organichybrid LED that maintains the excellent performance as the EML and improved thelow mobility of the organic transport layer.
