Molecular and Crystalline Microstructure of Ferroelectric Polymer on Various Substrate |

The ferroelectric polymer can be used in many organic electronic devices. It is important to control the molecular and crystalline microstructure of ferroelectric polymer to make high performance ferroelectric polymer based electronic devices. We investigate the Polarization vs Electric field characteristics of poly(vinylidene fluorideco-trifluoroethylene) P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer thin films spin-coated on various substrate. The crystal morphologies and microdomain structure of the ferroelectric polymer is analyzed by scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope. |
