Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) have attracted much attention in recent years as next generation lighting and displays due to their many advantages, including superior performa nce, mechanical flexibility, easy of fabrication, etc. Indium tin oxide(ITO) is the most commonly used material for the fabrication of transparent electrodes; however, its brittleness and growing cost limit its utility for flexible electronic devices. Therefore, we need new transparent conductive materials with good mechanical properties. In this work, we use hybrid flexible transparent conductive electrode(TCEs) by combined PEDOT:PSS and silver nanowire. These hybrid electrodes on polymer substrate were used as anode to fabricate flexible OLEDs. This fabricated devices on hybrid flexible TCEs with polymer substrate exhibited similar performance and superior flexibility to that of devices fabricated on ITO electrodes. |
