Single-layered graphene has been intensively studied because of its excellent properties such as high conductivity, high transparency, mechanical strength, and super flexibility. However, the graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) exhibit defects such as epoxy group and consequently its conductivity is significantly deteriorated. To solve this problem, the single-layered graphene has been doped by AuCl3 and MoOx, which has absorption loss at visible region. Namely, the doping process improves conductivity of single-layered graphene but reduces its transparency. Here, we doped the single-layered graphene with transparent bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-amide organic dopant and succeeded to fabricate single-layered graphene transparent electrodes with high conductivity and transparency. In addition, we applied it to super flexible transparent electrode of flexible solar cell. |
