제목 The formation of flowerlike alumina frame by the sol-gel process
초록 Anti-reflection coating on inorganic substrates has been studied because of the increasing demands being placed on the high transparency and clearness of optical components. Particularly, geometric alumina thin films prepared by the Moth-eye theory have been found to show high anti-reflective property in visible wavelength region. In this study, alumina thin films with nano-scaled porous frame were fabricated from alumina sol with various chemical contents on the inorganic and organic substrates through the sol-gel method. The surface morphology of samples was controlled by the use of ethylacetoacetate as chelating agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and the introduction of sonication. Their properties of samples were determined by the means of UV-Vis spectroscopy, XRD, and FE-SEM.
