제목 | Preparation of Poly Oligothienylene vinylene Thin Films and Carbonized Products via Chemical Vapor Deposition Polymerization |
초록 | We report the synthesis of three poly oligothienylene vinylene. They are poly(2,2'-bithienylene vinylene) (P2TV), poly(2,2';5',2''-terthienylene vinylene) (P3TV), and poly(2,2';5',2'';5'',2'''quaterthienylene vinylene) (P4TV) polyconjugated polymers, in thin films and carbonized products derived therefrom. They are prepared by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) polymerization method of bis-chloromethyloligothiophene followed by thermal dehydrochlorination. Thus prepared objects were characterized by electron microscopic analyses, IR, UV-vis, and Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence fluorometry. Electrical properties for semi conducting layer for FET (field-effect transistor) were also investigated. Nano tubes and rods having controlled diameter can be produced. {image1} |
