제목 A Spike-like self-assembly of Polyaspartamide with Functionalized Nanoparticles
초록 In this study, a poly(2-hydroxyethyl aspartamide) (PHEA) grafted with octadecylamine and menthyl anthranilate used as ultraviolet radiation-absorbent agent, was successfully synthesized. This novel amphiphilic poly(amino acid)s’ copolymer could form micelle-like self-assemblies in aqueous solution and control their size integrated with nanoparticles, depending on the degree of substitution (DS). Therefore, this new strategy to prepare the spike-like self-assembly would serve to improve the efficiency of functional cosmetics with various biological modalities.
