제목 Effect of Visible light-Curable Carrageenan Derivatives on anti-adhesion in medical field
초록 Carrageenan is a natural polymer having biodegradable and biocompatibility. Furfuryl carboxymethylated Carrageenan(F-Cm-Carrageenan) was prepared for tendon anti-adhesion and it was identified structure by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC .When the tendon's wound heals, there is a physical side effect that the joint does not bend due to adhesion. To prevent these phenomenon, F-CM-Carrageenan derivative was used during tendon suturing. F-Cm-Carrageenan is photo-crosslinked by Furfuryl group introduced into carrageenan and the photo-initiator. F-Cm-Carrageenan can be expected to be application of tendon anti-adhesion agent. To evaluate the potential applications as an anti-adhesion agent, should be photo reacted by Cytotoxicity test, Anti-adhesion test and Cell penetration test. F-Cm-carrageenan should be confirmed that through hen’s tendon anti-adhesion test, F-Cm-Carrageenan is used. So F-Cm-Carrageenan is considered that are able to develop as the anti-adhesion biomaterial.
