제목 Preparation of Anti-microbial furfuryl-alginate derivatives for tendon anti-adhesion as medical field
초록 Alginate has biocompatibility, biodegradation, and it has high resistance to antibiotics and kills macrophages. Furfuryl alginate was synthesized by introducing furfuryl group into alginate, and it has property about curing under visible light irradiation. The furfuryl alginate (F-alginate) was mixed riboflavin for visible light reactivity. Riboflavin was shown no cytotoxicity in vitro test. The introduction of furfuryl group was identified by 1H-NMR and UV/vis spectroscopy. To apply in anti-adhesion field, cytotoxicity test, anti-bacterial activity, and animal test were performed. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that the system prevented tendon adhesion.
