We have developed a material that has antibacterial activity depending on temperature. Graphene oxide (GO)/Cu nanocomposites were encapsulated inside the gelatin microparticle. It has been proven that it has an antimicrobial effect against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria even with a small amount, and has biocompatibility in human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) even at a concentration having antimicrobial activity. Additionally, in order to increase the wound adhesion of the gelatin protein, a catechol material that induces a synergistic effect on adhesion through covalent crosslinking was combined with the gelatin protein. In particular, gallic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, was selected among the catechol-based substances. Gelatin and gallic acid were crosslinked by using EDC/NHS as a crosslinker, and this was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, and fluorescence. |
