제목 Thermal Properties of PS on Grafted PS Layer with Varied Molecular Weight
초록 Thermal properties, especially glass transition temperature (Tg) are the key parameter for determining interfacial interactions between polymer thin films and substrate. In this study, we investigated the inter-relationship between the interfacial interactions of substrate/polymer layer arising from grafted polymer layers and the Tg of thin polymer films with same chemical identity. To control the interfacial interaction between substrate and polymer, we changed molecular weight and grafting time of hydroxyl-terminated polystyrene (HO-PS). The Tg of polymer thin films was measured by in-situ ellipsometric instrument as a function of film thickness.
